What this site is

A comparison and reference site about sweepstakes casinos available to players in the United States, written with Texas readers in mind. It is published for information. It is not legal advice, it is not financial advice, and nothing here is a recommendation to open an account with anyone.

Age and eligibility

Set by each operator, not by the state: most require 18 or over, some 21 or over. Nothing on this site is addressed to anyone below the age an operator sets for itself.

Accuracy, and where it ends

Offers, thresholds and state availability change without notice and often without an announcement. We date what we publish and we mark what we have not checked, but the operator's own terms are the only authority on the operator's own terms. Where this site and an operator's rules disagree, the rules win and we would like to hear about it.

We deliberately publish no figure we have not read at its source. Where a table shows nothing, it means nobody here has checked rather than that the value is zero.
